II. Proprietary Strategy & Teleological Frameworks

All content, including the "Nexus" conceptual frameworks (Intelligence, Energy, Water) and teleological narratives, is the exclusive property of Qhamata, Inc. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited. Access to this Site does not grant any license or right to the proprietary technologies of our subsidiaries, specifically Qatafa, Inc.

III. Intellectual Property Sovereignty & AI Restrictions

This Site and its contents are protected from unauthorized machine learning use. Users are strictly prohibited from using automated systems, including "bots," "spiders," or crawlers, to scrape, harvest, or index Site content for the purpose of training Large Language Models (LLMs) or Artificial Intelligence without an express, written licensing agreement from Khufere Qhamata.

IV. Submission Ownership & Prior Art

Any "Strategic Alignment" proposals or inquiries submitted via the Contact Portal are provided at the sender's risk. Qhamata, Inc. maintains an active internal research and development pipeline. Submission of an idea does not create a "Confidential Disclosure" agreement. Qhamata, Inc. is not precluded from developing similar technologies or strategies independent of your submission.
